You'll find them ON SALE! at StudioJuls ~
Now for the tenderhearts reading this, you might want to just go ahead and close this page. I am writing this below another post not because it isn't my first priority, but because I wanted the opportunity to warn you that this photo is difficult to look at. Hearbreaking, in fact.
Christian is in NICU at UAB. He is on blood pressure medication, an oxygen ventilator, in an incubator obviously, has to be given blood and a myriad of other things I can't remember right now, weighs 1lb 3 oz and is 11" long. He is so tiny that he wrapped his entire hand around my brother's fingertip. His vitals are good, he is properly developed for the stage of pregnancy he was born during, and his oxygen intake is slowly but steadily improving. The overall prognosis is that his chances are good.
Please continue to pray for our Christian. He is so loved.
Oh honey. I am praying for him right now even as I type. I so hope that he gets even better as the minutes go by...
ReplyDeleteChristian looks so incredibly petite and fragile, it's heartbreaking. I am sending lots of love and light over the ocean and hope it will help.
ReplyDeleteSaying a prayer for little Christian.
ReplyDeleteSending you all lots of light and love. I hope that tiny boy can pull through this; I know he feels the love you all have for him.
ReplyDeleteOh sweetie! I am praying with all my might! I sure hope that little Christian is a fighter.

ReplyDeletePrayers coming over from my side of the world too - wishing Christian, you and your family all the strength and determination in the world.
ReplyDeletePositivity and love coming across the waves to little Christian and all the family. What a tough wee man he must be already.
ReplyDeleteAwww, Juls, thank you for the Christian update. What a perfect name for such and innocent little fighting man. Continuing to send love, prayers and healing thoughts. This little guy is surrounded by love - not just from family but "family" around the globe. I'm here if you need anything sis! xo
ReplyDeleteI am glad to hear that Christian's prognosis is good. Will continue to send your family good thoughts.
ReplyDeleteWOW! How precious that little dude is! Sending you lots of prayers and love and good mojo, sistah!
ReplyDeleteOh, even with the preparation, I still started crying. What an incredible little man. Will keep up the prayers.
ReplyDeleteThe birds are awesome. Can't even begin to imagine how they came into being! Way to go!
Still praying.
ReplyDeletetell your brother that nicholas celebrated his 13th bday yesterday... that he weighed the same as christian... that seeing the photo put me right back into the nicu - all the same, same - transfusions, antibiotics, ventilators, plastic wrap because there skin is not the same as ours yet... just keep talking to that baby - and touching him as they can... miracles happen - every single day... doesn't mean that they are sometimes hard won, but they happen...
ReplyDeleteOh I love the little owls - hope you don't mind that I put them in my WISH LIST MONDAY meme next week.
ReplyDeleteThinking of you and your family and little Christian :)

Love, love, love the birds and my heart broke into a million pieces when I saw the picture of Christian.
ReplyDeleteContinuing white light and positive thoughts.
The birds are so much fun!
ReplyDeleteSounds like Christian is quite the trooper and fighter.
I just "oh he's so tiny'd" out loud here at my desk. Wee little baby, great big prayers.
ReplyDeleteSeeing the adorable personalities you put into your cute little bird beads and then seeing your sweet darling boy, it made me realize how much you are holding in your heart. Please know that we are all sending our love your way. A strong, healthy and quick growth for Christian, so that he may be able to soon come and play with the family that adores him.
ReplyDeletePrayers going out for Christian - we have a nephew who was born the same size over a month ago, and are now celebrating that he's over four pounds and in the "big boy" crib in the NICU. Can't wait until we can celebrate the same milestone for Christian and your family! These little guys are tough -- especially when bolstered with love and prayers.
