Because my inner child needs options.

My delicas came today and in the last hour I have accomplished exactly nothing, unless you merit 60 minutes of staring at them as productive.

I like cabs.  Did you know I like cabs?  Because I do.  I like cabs a lot.  I ordered these metal treasures to make my own cabs on the torch.   Because cabs are awesome.  And I like them.  A Lot.

You know what else I like?  Birthdays.  Especially mine.  Especially when presents are involved.  Especially presents that inspire creativity.  Ya'll can keep the diamonds and pearls.  I am happy with glass and stone. And clay.  And turquoise.  And bone.  And coral.  And wood.  And crystals. And on second thought some of those pearls, too...

    That is a dynamite collection of colors. And yes. I think it is absolutely essential that you sit and stare so your creative juices start salivating all over the vials. (Which is sort of gross but a necessary part of the whole creative process). Then you wipe them off and make some humdingers of cabs and bead happy!

    Ohhh those delicas look delicious... and yep I could seriously eat them... I am sure they wouldn't do "too" much damage!

    Mmmmmm, such pretty colors--they look like sprinkles for ice cream! You could make yourself a birthday cake of cabs with sprinkles on it. Make sure the colors are waterproof--just in case you "look and lick" before you realize what you're doing. Hope you have a wonderful 'lead in' to your actual birthday. It's always fun to buy some of your own presents 'cause you know you'll love every one of them. My day's not 'til June, but I've already started buying "early" gifts. Or, they could be late Christmas gifts, too--any reason works for me. Just be sure to have fun with your new toys! CJ
